PREMIUM TAPERED ROLLER BEARINGS
CMC is fully integrated bearing manufacturer. They forge their own rings with an HATEBUR hot forging machine from Switzerland. They machine all the bearing components with the latest automatic KOYO grinding and assembling machines. The metrological laboratory is equipped with the best devices such as Taylor-Hobson precision measurement instruments. In July 1994, CMC was the first bearing company in China to receive the ISO-9002 from registrars, DNV and CCIB. In the spirit of continuous improvement and of becoming a world class bearing manufacturer, CMC set its goal on the prestigious QS-9000/ISO-9001 certificate and received it on November 5th, 1999 from DNV. In addition, to the QS-9000 certificate, CMC is approved at many North American trailer, truck and axle OEMs. UCF and CMC have designed and developed many customized bearings with our leading technical design abilities and advanced CAD systems. We developed a special version of LM-11949/10 and LM-67049A/10 for the conveyor industry, and developed double row cartridge bearings for recreational vehicle trailer axles. We have the ability to design special bearings for your industry. MATERIAL The rings and rollers of CMC bearings are made of refined high carbon chrome bearing steel, GCr15, which is equivalent to the USA's ANSI 52100, Japan's JIS SUJ2 and Germany's DIN 100Cr6. The cages are stamped from high quality cold rolled steel sheets or are molded in nylon. PRECISION CMC manufactures "inch" bearings in the five precision classes: 4, 2, 3, 0, 00. For "metric" bearings, CMC manufactures them in classes, K, N, C, B and A. CMC meets the ANSI/ABMA Std. 19.2 and 19.1 for all bearing classes. SINGLE ROW INCH BEARINGS AVAILABLE
