We are a very dynamic organization, which has changed a lot over the years to continuously offer the best value to our customers. We have adapted our organization to reflect global changes in politics, economics and technology. In the past, we manufactured products in Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Argentina, Brazil, India, Western Europe, Romania, Russia, and Canada. Today, however, we manufacture the majority of our products in the People's Republic Of China. China is becoming increasingly stronger in technology, manufacturing capabilities and quality systems due to the tremendous influx of capital and transfer of "know how" from the Western world. Most of our factories in China are affiliated with western automotive companies such as Volkswagen, Citroen, Audi, Fiat, Nissan, Toyota, Chrysler, and also with aviation companies such as Rolls Royce and Boeing. We only accept world class manufacturers, which can meet the stringent North American quality standards, as partners!

Our engineers and quality assurance specialists, stationed in China and Korea, are continuously on location monitoring our suppliers' quality systems, inspecting our products, and tracking production to assure on-time deliveries. We are dedicated to supplying quality products and to continuously improve our quality systems. Most of our partners are either ISO-9001, ISO-9002 and/or QS-9000, as audited by American or European registrars. Our focus is on defect prevention, rather than final inspection. As a result, we have elaborate in-process inspection systems and perform statistical quality control on key characteristics. We are continuously striving to increase our Cp and Cpk indices, through the efforts of cross functional teams. We also seek to increase our gage reproducibility and repeatability.

Before starting a new project with existing or new customers, we meet as a group to make sure that we thoroughly understand the customer's requirements for raw material, metallurgy, mechanical properties, dimensions, surface finishes, packaging, labeling and so on. We also gather as much information as possible on the final application and how the components will be assembled and used in the field. If key characteristics are not already identified, we will identify them as a group or by conducting a Failure Mode and Effects Analysis. Once key characteristics have been identified, then a complete quality control plan is made which includes all operations between the receipt of raw materials and packaging. A quality file is compiled for each product.

Since most of our products are made of steel, we qualify our steel suppliers to assure that raw material meets our standards for cleanliness, grain size, reduction ratio, chemical composition and mechanical properties. We also make sure that inclusions, scale and decarburization are kept to a minimum.

All of our organization is compatible with AutoCAD. If we receive new inquiries by email with a drawing attachment (preferably in "dwg" CAD format), we can electronically transmit the drawings to our engineering offices in China and Korea, and obtain a quotation fairly quickly. For existing customers, our CAD interface allows us to quickly relay any Engineering Change Notices to our factories and engineering offices. We centralize our electronic drawings at our headquarters, to ensure that all associates around the world is working with the latest revisions of drawings.

We can ship your order in three different ways: "Container Direct", "Pallet Quantity" and "Carton Quantity". Shipments made directly from China in container loads are the most economical, but the ocean transit time is usually 45 days +/- 7 Days, and the shipment must be made in multiples of 38,000 Lbs (weight of one ocean container). For those customers who prefer shorter lead times and smaller lots, we can ship in pallet quantities from our extensive network of warehouses located in Elkhart IN, Baltimore MD, Huntsville Al, Birmingham Al, Mobile Al or Montreal Canada. Some customers like a combination of these two options where they receive goods directly from China, but we still keep some buffer inventory in the United States, in case of an unpredictable spike in demand. For even smaller quantities, customers can buy in cartons with customized graphic design packaging to suit their needs. We are a flexible company which will tailor a delivery program based on our customers needs.
